This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including great Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a flat-screen TV. I'll never forget how the staff printed my important documents on my first stay. Friendly team, too! Highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Christmas!

The room was clean, but extremely tiny for two people with luggage.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, offering a ground-floor suite to assist with my mobility issue, which was greatly appreciated. The suite featured a kitchenette with essential amenities like a fridge, microwave, and utensils. The interactive panels for controlling lighting and temperature were impressive, and the bathroom was well-designed, enhancing my comfort during my stay.
The standard room size was surprisingly small, feeling cramped.

I loved my stay, as the hotel is just a few steps from the vibrant Jewellery Quarter, where I found a lot of great food options, including Lasan Indian Restaurant, and it’s less than a 5-minute walk to Saint Paul's Church, perfect for a peaceful afternoon stroll.

my stay at bloc hotel was excellent! the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed right away. the room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for exploring the area. the dining options were diverse, and the customer service truly stood out to me. it's no wonder guests love returning here!
a mild critique would be that some rooms might feel a bit small.

the hotel is super modern and has all these hi-tech gadgets u can use ur phone to control everything, even the lights and temp. room was cleaned and comfy, perfect for our one night stay. its also in a great area, just a short walk to the concert we were attending. the staff was friendly and helped us with any questions too, which was cool.
the rooms have no windows which was really odd, n there was no food available besides vending machines. it was kinda cramped, so def not ideal for a longer stay.

We had a lovely time exploring Birmingham, especially the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter! It was fascinating to see artisans at work and learn about the city's rich history in jewelry making. The hotel location was perfect for our family, with great local spots nearby.
My wife says that the wet room design isn’t ideal for families. a proper shower would be better. A little more storage for luggage would also help families like ours.

Compact and comfy stay
This place was pretty cool for a quick night. The app check-in was smooth, and having no window was chill cause we weren't up at the crack of dawn. The bed was comfy, and the shower was on point. Only thing was the kitchen light flickered randomly, which got annoying at night. Perfect city spot though!

missingWrote a review on Aug 03central locationfamily-friendly atmospherelimited towel hooks
We enjoyed our stay with the family at the nearby Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, where we got to see artisans at work creating unique pieces. The central location made it easy to explore the upcoming neighborhood. everything we needed was within walking distance.
My kids wished for more hooks in the room for damp towels after we showered. It’s a hassle to find places to hang things, especially when the bathroom is a wet room that makes everything slippery.
